Book project Sandra Cortner and I worked on together, bringing to life the old-timers and new-timers of Crested Butte and their incredible, heartwarming and sometimes tragic stories. I loved working with Sandy, we are “newspaper people.” Newspaper people get that. Sandy is a jewel in the crown of Crested Butte, a great woman, and has done so much in the Valley. Proud to have known and worked with her.
